Snow Salad

Soften gelatin in lemon juice over boiling water in a double boiler.

Soften cream cheese, blend in mayonnaise. Blend in gelatin.

Add fruit, mixing gently. Add nuts.

Whip cream until stiff. Gently fold sugar into whipped cream. Fold fruit mixture in with whipped cream.

Pour into mold. Chill overnight if possible.

Un-mold by dipping mold in a pan of hot water for a few seconds, invert on a platter and serve! (If desired, garnish with pineapple ring halves and Maraschino cherries.)
