Papu’s Stuffed Celery Sticks

Directions

  1. Clean celery stalks thoroughly. Cut off leaves and tough white base of stalk. With a potato peeler, shave off some of the fibrous strings on the outside.

  2. Cut each stalk in half or thirds crosswise, to make 3–4 inch pieces.

  3. Blend the cheeses together well. With a spatula or knife, fill the celery pieces with cheese filling.

  4. If desired, sprinkle a tiny bit of Hungarian paprika over the cheese to add a little color!
